Can I try samples before a bulk order?
Yes. We offer a small quantity of existing-model samples free of charge; you pay the shipping cost. Send the models, colors, quantities and delivery address for sample arrangements and a shipping quote.
How do I arrange sample delivery?
Send the models, colors, sample quantities and delivery address. We will reply with sample arrangements and shipping cost before dispatch. For custom samples, email your artwork or drawings with the request.
What is the MOQ?
Standard orders usually start at 5 cartons. Light customization starts at 10 cartons; new tooling projects usually start at 100,000 pieces. Smaller quantities can be discussed.
How long does production take?
Send the models, quantities, packing requirements and required arrival date. We provide the production schedule with the quotation; shipping time is listed separately for the selected route.
How can I get a shipping quote?
Send the selected models, quantities and destination port or delivery address. Freight depends on the shipment volume and shipping method. Include any carton marks, packing requirements or nominated freight forwarder in your inquiry.
How are payment terms confirmed?
Request the payment terms with your quotation and confirm them before placing the order. Include any payment requirements when you send the model, quantity and destination.
What should I do if there is a problem with my shipment?
Email sales@qirunpackaging.com with your order reference, model, affected quantity and photos of the products and cartons. Keep the packaging and shipping records. We will review the information and reply with the next steps.
How do I send photos or drawings?
