CHOOSING THIS RANGE

Questions about this design.

Does the same insert fit all three sizes?

Yes. The same optional insert fits the 1250, 1500 and 1750 ml tubs. Choose the tub depth around both the broth and upper food portion.

How does the removable insert keep soup and noodles separate?

Broth is packed in the lower tub, while noodles and toppings sit in the optional shallow insert above it. This keeps the noodles out of the broth before eating and reduces early soaking. At mealtime, lift out the insert and combine the noodles with the soup. The arrangement suits takeaway noodle meals that customers finish assembling themselves.

How do I choose between the 1250, 1500 and 1750 ml tubs?

All three have a 175 mm top diameter. Body heights are 83, 110 and 120 mm for 1250, 1500 and 1750 ml respectively. Choose by the combined space needed for broth, noodles and toppings. With an insert, the lower broth space is smaller than the full tub capacity, so test the complete assembly rather than using the capacity figure as the broth fill volume.

Is the insert supplied as standard, and can I order the tub without it?

The insert is optional. Choose a tub-and-lid combination for porridge, chunky stews or a meal packed together, and add the matching insert when noodles need to stay above the broth. Include the selected capacity and quantities for tubs, lids and inserts in your inquiry so the quotation covers the exact combination you need.

What are the finger recesses and the opening tab for?

The recesses in the insert leave space for fingers when lifting it out of the tub. The projecting opening tab is on the lid and marks where to start removing the cover. These are separate features: first steady the tub and open the lid, then hold the insert securely at the recessed areas before combining the meal.
