CHOOSING THIS RANGE

Questions about this design.

What capacities, dimensions and material are available?

The QR-RP series is produced in four sizes: 2000 ml, 2500 ml, 3000 ml and 3500 ml. All four share a 245 mm opening, with body heights of 65 mm, 75 mm, 90 mm and 105 mm respectively. Unit weights are 63 g, 69.5 g, 75 g and 76.5 g. The body is molded in food-grade polypropylene (PP, resin code 5).

How do I choose between the four sizes?

Judge the dish and its broth together. The 65 mm body suits portions spread across the wide opening, while the 105 mm body gives bulky ingredients and broth more room. When your menu sits between two sizes, compare the 2500 ml and 3000 ml depths and test the fit with your actual dishes.

What dishes work well in these basins?

Fish and seafood dishes served with broth, family-size mains and sharing portions, catering side dishes such as grain salads, pasta to share, and shellfish platters with corn and potatoes. The undivided interior keeps the whole dish together.

How should I pack soup or a dish with sauce?

Keep food below the rim, fit the matching lid fully around the edge and pack the container upright. A separate portion cup can hold a sauce added at mealtime.
