Three meal formats in existing food containers
Rice meals, salads and individual portions.

What are you packing?

Start with a food or serving need. Compare the matching series below.

Rectangular packing, from everyday value to branded meals.

Standard for economical daily use; US and JP for thicker construction, molded decoration and opening checks. JD and L1000 add other footprints and depths.

Standard rectangular containers

Practical packaging for everyday meals.

CHOOSE THIS WHEN

Choose when daily use and unit cost come first.

A straightforward, economical choice for rice meals, pasta and prepared food. The clear, undivided box gives you room to arrange the meal; choose the depth around your portion.

Everyday value

A simple format for restaurants, canteens and distributors buying regular meal packaging in volume.

One open meal space

Arrange rice, a main dish and sides together, or fill the box with pasta or a salad. There are no fixed dividers.

Clear body and matching lid

The clear body and lid keep the contents visible during preparation, display and order handover.

Capacity choices 500 ml / 650 ml / 750 ml / 1000 ml

How do standard, US and JP boxes differ?

Choose the standard range for straightforward daily meal packing and cost-conscious purchasing. US and JP have a thicker feel, decorative molding, reinforced rims and tamper-evident tabs. US is wider; JP is longer and narrower.

US-style rectangular containers

Wide PP meal boxes with tamper-evident tabs.

CHOOSE THIS WHEN

Choose when the meal needs a wider display and more detailed packaging.

For takeaway meals that need a wider box, molded decoration and an opening check. A wide meal space, molded decoration and an OPEN tamper-evident tab distinguish the US range from our standard boxes.

Decorative molding, reinforced edges

Patterns around the clear lid and a reinforced rim give this range a more detailed finish and a substantial feel.

Visible opening check

The OPEN tab sits at the container rim. It helps the customer see whether the package has been opened before collection or delivery.

Room for a main and sides

The 219 × 147 mm format suits chicken meals, pasta and deli portions. White and clear options offer different food presentation; lid laser marking and logo labels support branding.

Capacity choices 750 ml / 1000 ml / 1200 ml

How does US differ from JP?

Both ranges have decorative molding, reinforced edges and an OPEN tab. US has a 219 × 147 mm footprint for a wider meal layout; JP has a 198 × 113 mm footprint for a long, narrow arrangement.

JP-style rectangular containers

Slim PP containers for individual meals.

CHOOSE THIS WHEN

Choose when an individual meal suits a long, slim decorated box.

A thicker-feeling rectangular box for individual rice meals, dry noodles and bento-style presentation. Patterned sides, a reinforced rim and an OPEN tab bring design and opening checks into one format.

A long, narrow meal layout

The 198 × 113 mm format provides a different arrangement from the wider US box. Place a staple and toppings along the length of the container.

Patterned sides and lid border

Molded decoration runs along the body and clear lid border. The reinforced upper edge adds a substantial feel to the package.

Opening checks and brand presentation

Check the OPEN tab at the rim before opening. Yellow, white and clear examples show different presentation options; laser marking and logo labels can be discussed for the lid.

Capacity choices 650 ml / 850 ml / 1000 ml

When should I choose JP rather than US?

Choose JP when your rice or noodle portion suits a long, narrow layout. Choose US when the main and sides need more width. Both offer a more substantial feel, molded decoration and opening checks.

Rectangular containers · JD

Clear rectangular containers in three depths.

CHOOSE THIS WHEN

Choose when the 175 × 118 mm footprint and its three depths suit your meal.

Clear, single-section containers for rice, noodles and deli meals. All three sizes share a 175 × 118 mm footprint; choose 500, 650 or 1000 ml around the portion.

One undivided space

Arrange the main, staple and toppings according to your menu.

Choose depth, keep the footprint

The 42, 54 and 82 mm heights offer different portions in the same footprint.

Transparent takeaway presentation

The clear matching lid lets customers see the prepared meal. Compare this size range with the ordinary RC boxes for your packing layout.

Capacity choices 500 ml / 650 ml / 1000 ml

How do I choose between the 500, 650 and 1000 ml containers?

All three rectangular containers measure 175 mm long and 118 mm wide. Heights of 42, 54 and 82 mm correspond to 500, 650 and 1000 ml. Choose the lower profile for smaller meals or sides, the middle depth for everyday lunches, and the deeper body for fuller portions. Test the rice, main dish and toppings together with the lid fitted.

Single-compartment boxes · L1000

A deep box, with one open space.

CHOOSE THIS WHEN

Choose when pasta, long noodles or mixed food can share one open space.

A 1000 ml box for pasta, long noodles and meals arranged together. The undivided interior gives you more freedom to place the main and its toppings.

No fixed divider

Place long ingredients, pasta or a mixed dish across the full interior.

Depth for a full meal

The 61 mm body height and 1000 ml capacity suit a more generous individual portion.

Compare the divided L1000

Both versions share the same outside dimensions. Use one open section for food served together, or the 600/400 ml version for separate portions.

Capacity choices 1000 ml

Can I use the same footprint as the divided L1000?

The specifications lists the same outside dimensions for both versions. Compare the interior layouts and lids with samples.
